Prices apply to the Kinshasa plant. Prices for future sites will be set according to their respective markets. Launch prices are indicative, confirmed at plant start-up. Quarterly revision; confirmed orders keep their confirmed price.
Start-up: 8 months from construction launch. The confirmed schedule is communicated to letter-of-intent signatories as soon as works begin.

General terms of sale (public)

These terms are published for information purposes. They will take effect upon company registration and plant start-up.
Currency & incoterm
USD, EXW plant, Kinshasa, on all products. Optional Kinshasa delivery, billed per trip.
Payment
50% deposit at order, balance on delivery. 15–30 d credit after 3 cash-settled orders.
Minimums
1 big bag (pellets) · 1 drum (oil) · 10 m² (pavers).
Revision
Grid revised quarterly — confirmed orders keep their confirmed price.
Claims
15 days after delivery, against the batch certificate of analysis.
Governing law
OHADA law (DRC). Company in the process of incorporation. Full terms provided with every quote.
